1.1 Cancellation by customer
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email format only. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
| Timing before departure | Cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| More than 30 days before departure | 25% of total tour cost |
| Between 15-30 days before departure | 50% of total tour cost |
| Between 7-14 days before departure | 80% of total tour cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure, or no-show | 100% of total tour cost (no refund) |
1.2 Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, Force Majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- Refund of the amount paid after settlement, OR
- The booking may be rescheduled to an alternative date mutually agreed upon.
1.3 Refund processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment source.
